You get peace of mind not by thinking about it or imagining it,

thinking about it or imagining it,

but but quietening and relaxing the restless mind.

You nature is absolute peace.

You are not the mind.

Silence your mind through concentration and meditation,

and you will discover the peace of the Spirit that you are,

and have always been.

To attain inner peace you must actually give your life,

not just your possessions

When you at last give your life,

bringing into alignment your beliefs and the way you live then,

and only then,

can you begin to find inner peace.
