when your thoughts stop rushing like waves on a windy day,

then you will start getting glimpses of the sweet taste of INNER PEACE.

Whatever you may have to do,

watch your mind.

Also you must have moments of complete inner peace and quite,

when your mind is absolutely still.

If you miss it,

you miss the entire thing.

If you do not,

the silent of mind will dissolve and absorb all else.

To experience peace does mean that your life is always blissful.

It means that you are capable of tapping into a blissful state of mind amidst the normal chaos of the hectic life.
